About Me...
As the Children’s Ministry Director I am passionate about helping kids know and experience Jesus, and helping empower parents as spiritual leaders. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Teaching Certification from Grand Valley State University. I started in ministry as a Youth Director in 2000 and have been in Children’s ministry since 2007. My husband, Frank, and I have three children (Logan, Lukas & Sofi).
Our Children’s Ministry team is here to explore, elevate and equip families to spiritually guide their children along the path of life.
On Sundays, we offer age-appropriate Nursery care and Bible Story Time for ages 0-3 during both services.
We have classes for kids ages 4-6 and 1st-5th grade on Sunday mornings at 10:30AM. They are high energy, relevant, and Bible-based services, packed with experiments, object lessons, skits, videos, small group discussions and activities, crazy games, worship and powerful messages.
1st-5th graders start off with their parents in the Sanctuary and then are escorted to the Fellowship Hall for their worship times. The children are brought back to their parents at the end of service.
