We have two opportunities for imposition of ashes as we begin the Season of Lent: At Noon there will be time for prayer and receiving of the ashes.  The 7pm evening service includes music, imposition of ashes, reflection and time of prayer.  

Ash Wednesday worship services is a chance for us to openly acknowledge our frailty and sinfulness. In a world that often expects us to be perfect, Ash Wednesday gives us an opportunity to freely confess our imperfections and let down our pretenses and be truly honest with each other about who we are.
