While we pray that we never have to face the horror of an active shooter event, we recognize the reality of all too frequent news reports. Any of us would value knowing how to react in a better way that might save lives.
The nationally recognized program being offered is Citizen Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASH). Some of the topics covered include the role of professional guardians, civilian response options, medical issues and more.
The training will provide an excellent opportunity for local church leaders to improve their response to other medical emergencies or weather safety issues. The seminar will be most valuable for pastors, staff members, and key volunteers.
